Saxophonist John Dikeman brings real meaning to the term ‘punk jazz’
Kevin McHugh (b.1982) is a pianist, accordionist and composer from Seattle. He studied jazz piano at Oberlin College and Conservatory. Currently, Kevin travels around the world sharing improvised music, and is a founding member of both the Berlin-based North American tonal Organization and Improlabo in Tokyo, Japan. He is a recent recipient of a 2015 Seattle 4Culture award to lead a collaborative project between Japanese and US musicians.
