PLACEBASED SHOWCASE
Met de PlaceBASED Showcase willen we de unieke communities van kunstenaars en makers binnen de PlaceBASED locaties De Kroon, Keilewerf, De Hillevliet en De Schiehavenhallen samenbrengen. Tijdens Rotterdam Art Week en South Explorer organiseren we in De Hillevliet exposities, markten en workshops waar deze makers hun nieuwste werk kunnen presenteren en verkopen.
 
De PlaceBASED Showcase is meer dan alleen een expositie; het is een ode aan de creatieve plekken in Rotterdam. Kunstenaars en makers zijn essentieel voor het levendig houden van buurten en het creëren van bijzondere plekken. Maar ze staan ook voor uitdagingen, zoals het verlies van werkruimtes en de zoektocht naar betaalbare, duurzame ateliers. Met dit platform willen we hen niet alleen zichtbaarheid geven, maar ook het belang van hun bijdrage aan het unieke karakter van Rotterdam benadrukken.

PLACEBASED SHOWCASE

With the PlaceBASED Showcase, we aim to unite the unique communities of artists and makers from the PlaceBASED locations De Kroon, Keilewerf, De Hillevliet, and De Schiehavenhallen.
