Op 28, 29 en 30 maart vindt voor het 13e jaar SOUTH EXPLORER plaats. Dat is tegelijk met de kunstbeurs Art Rotterdam in Ahoy. Het programma wat u hier op de website ziet, is het programma van de vorige editie in april 2024. Eind februari 2025 staat het nieuwe programma in zijn geheel op deze website. Tot die tijd wordt het programma langzaam geactualiseerd.
Het Openingsfeest
op vrijdagavond 28 maart
South Explorer trapt om 19.00 uur af in bedrijfsverzamelenpand 'De Hillevliet' met een spetterend programma door het hele gebouw. Er zijn tentoonstellingen, performances, muziek, DJ, eten en drinken. South Explorer biedt het eerste drankje aan bij de opening. Kijk voor meer info over het programma op:

Zaterdagavond
Op zaterdag 29 maart is het atelierpand Lange Hilleweg 235, op loopafstand van Art Rotterdam in Ahoy, ook in de avond open met een multidisciplinair kunstaanbod! Er zijn open ateliers met gastkunstenaars, een filmprogramma, performances, muziek, eten en drinken. Meer informatie vind je op www.langehilleweg235.nl
Het Slotfeest
op zondagavond 30 maart
Op zondag 30 maart sluiten we South Explorer af bij het nieuwe cultuurcomplex C3-studios, in de Huismanstraat. Dit is dé nieuwe kunst hotspot van Zuid. In een enorm schoolgebouw aan de rand van Oud Charlois komen tientallen ateliers, expositieruimtes en sociale units Op zondagavond vanaf 18.00 uur is het slotfeest van South Explorer daar! Met eten, drinken, muziek en dans. Verwacht een avant-garde kunstfeest.
Opening party on friday 28 March
South Explorer kicks off from 19.00 hr in De Hillevliet with a dazzling program throughout the building. There will be exhibitions, music, performance, DJ, food and drinks. Saturday 29 March
This evening the Lange Hilleweg 235 studio building, just a short walk from Art Rotterdam in Ahoy, will also be open from 18.00 with a divers multidiscipliniary art program! The event will feature open studios with guest artists, a film program, performances, music, food and drinks.

Closing party on Sunday, March 30
We finish the festival in the new cultural complex C3-studios at Huismanstraat. This huge school building on the edge of Oud Charlois, which will host dozens of studios, exhibition spaces and social units, will officially open that weekend on Saturday at 11:00 hr. On Sunday evening from 18.00 hr everyone is welcome for an evening opening with food, music and dancing.
